Partnership Care West, a member of the Bryson Charitable Group, is a voluntary sector organisation, providing a range of quality care and support services to a wide range of users. Founded in 1994, Partnership Care West is based at Gortfoyle House, Spencer Road, Derry / L’derry. The support services provided by PCW include: - Domiciliary Care; Reablement Care; Family Support and Shared Parenting Solutions. In addition, PCW runs a Practice Learning Centre, focusing on Social Work training.

The staff at Partnership Care West benefit from an extensive range of training opportunities within the organisation. This enables them to undertake their daily work duties in a competent and professional manner. In addition, a number of care staff undertake NVQ level 2 training, enabling them to develop their personal skills and enhance their employment opportunities. The organisation has been accredited with the Investors in People award in recognition of its investment in staff.

Partnership Care West is committed to delivering a customer focused and responsive service to all of its service users. The quality of services provided is frequently monitored by trained staff to ensure that service users are receiving the support and care they need from PCW. The organisation has a Complaints Policy in place to deal with any issues of concern raised by a service user or any other party.
